Appetite control on keto looks like a biology-plus-behavior problem, not a willpower test. If ketones, ghrelin and insulin all move in a direction that makes you feel calmer around food, keto can become easier to live with day to day. If those signals do not shift much, or if your meals are built in a way that leaves you hungry, the diet can feel punishing even when the macros look “right.”
