Keto Pa-LOU-za will bring the low-carb crowd back together in Louisville with a weekend built less like a trade show and more like a reunion. The sixth annual gathering is scheduled for Oct. 8-10, 2026, at Founders Union on the U of L Shelby campus, and its own framing makes the pitch clear: this is a place to meet people who already speak keto, carnivore, ketovore, and low-carb fluently.
Hosted by Watch Autumn Keto, the event will run from 3 p.m. on Oct. 8 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 10 at Founders Union, 450 N. Whittington Pkwy., Louisville, KY 40222. Early-bird registration is listed at $189.00 plus a $4.73 ticket service fee, with general registration also available. The page lists the event for ages 13 and up, signaling that the weekend is designed to be accessible to families as well as longtime followers.
What makes Keto Pa-LOU-za stand out is the way it sells accountability as much as programming. That matters in a movement where the hardest part is often not knowing what to eat, but staying connected once the novelty fades.
